Defining client objectives to define clear and measurable KPIs. Collaborate with Team Leads and Analyst Team to create field reporting and executive summaries
Defining client objectives to develop and publish manuals and guides that are aligned with the clients requested S.O.W.
Collaborate with creative team to ensure high quality deliverable that aligns with and is compliant with the clients marketing guidelines
Ongoing management of large nationwide team
Communicate updates and objectives with team. Highly encourage team participation to grow strengths.
Coordinate team training with other vendor partners and providers to encourage an effective and collaborative atmosphere
Work with travel and event planners to host large destination team training events. Build curriculum for an engaged, participative, and energetic event.
